I would like to thank you for all your help and support througout the ordeal I went through with my daughter's eczema. Without you and your wheatgrass, I would have just keep going back to cortisone as it's the only cream that the Specialist will recommend and didn't realised how much damaged it was causing my daughters skin especially the face. I have not applied cortisone on her face since using wheatgrass and will never use it again. I can't thank you enough for helping me heal my daughter's face. Thank you once again from the bottom of my heart. I definitely highly recommend your wheatgrass products to anyone.

Lots of unsubstantiated alternative eczema therapies are promoted in the press. Be wary of these claims.  Miraculous natural cures for eczema often contain crushed cortisone tablets.  Evening Primrose oil (or gamolenic acid), flaxseed & omega 3 oils offer no real additional benefit to eczema.   Chinese herbal tea extracts have been evaluated but taste unpleasant and may even cause liver toxicity. Recalcitrant eczema on the face may respond to non-steroidal immune-modulator preparations such as Tacrolimus (Protopic) and Pimecrolimus (Elidel) however skin redness may be a temporary side effect. Ultra-violet light therapy treatment has been helpful so get out into the sunshine! There is growing proof that lactobacillus GG probiotics (Reuterina) supplemented in pregnancy, breastfeeding and early in life may reduce eczema in babies by altering their gut immune reactivity.

Dermatitis affected about 10% of . workers in 2010, representing over 15 million workers with dermatitis. A dermatologist diagnoses perioral dermatitis by examination. No other tests are usually done. The first step in treating perioral dermatitis is to discontinue all topical steroid creams , even non-prescription hydrocortisone. Once the steroid cream is discontinued, the rash appears and feels worse for days to weeks before it starts to improve. Heavy face creams should also be stopped. One must resist the temptation to apply any of these creams to the face when this happens. Think of the face as a cream junkie that needs a "fix"- one needs to go "cold-turkey".

If you eat right and get a little sunshine every day, you shouldn't need to take a multi. Try to eat as many fruits, vegetables, and greens as possible - and get 10-15 minutes of full sun exposure (best source of vitamin D) everyday. A great way to get your fruits and greens is a "green smoothie". Basically you take equal parts fruit (apples, bananas, mangoes, berries, etc.) and greens (spinach, kale, chard, collard greens, etc.), add a little water and/or ice, blend well, and voilà...you've got a great tasting smoothie packed with pretty much every vitamin and mineral known to man. You also get tons of healthy plant fiber, amino acids, phyto-chemicals, and more.
